My name is Alessia Pagano and I am a professional make-up artist with a contagious passion for beauty and make-up. Since 2012, I have had the honor of working in prestigious make-up shops in Como and Milan, where I have been able to hone my skills and deepen my knowledge of the latest trends.

In 2017, I graduated as a Make-Up Artist at the Accademia Make Up Designory in Milan. This path opened unexpected doors for me and allowed me to collaborate with wedding planners and professionals in the sector, creating unforgettable looks for brides and clients on various occasions.

My philosophy is simple: every woman is unique and deserves to feel special. Every makeup look I do is designed to enhance the natural beauty, reflecting the client's personality and style. From the makeup trial to the wedding day, I am committed to creating a serene and unforgettable experience, ensuring you feel your best.

I am also a professional Lash Maker specializing in the application of one-to-one eyelash extensions.

My story

My name is Alessia Pagano and I am a makeup artist with over a decade of experience in the beauty world. My passion for makeup began in 2012, when I started working in a well-known makeup store. This creative environment inspired me to explore the universe of beauty more deeply, leading me to perfect my skills and develop my style.

In 2017 I decided to follow my passion professionally, enrolling at the Make-up Designer Academy of Milan (MUD), where I obtained the certificate of make-up artist specialized in corrective makeup and beauty essentials. Since then, I have worked on various projects, collaborating with wedding planners for weddings, photo shoots and models.

In 2024 I decided to embark on a new path, founding my brand Alaisa Make-up to work as a freelancer and manage collaborations with other professionals in the sector. In the same year, I participated in a prestigious Masterclass, further specializing in advanced bridal makeup and anti-aging makeup. I firmly believe in the importance of staying up to date on all the most modern techniques, to be able to offer my clients a service that is always up to date and taken care of down to the smallest details.

Every makeup look I do reflects my love for beauty and my desire to make every client feel unique.
